- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

4. Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
